Account activation:
What is the process from purchasing to activation?
Click subscribe on one of our packages and fill out the Stripe form to purchase a license key at gtonexus.com/#pricing. An email will be sent to you with a license key (this may take up to 5 minutes). Download the installer for your device at gtonexus.com/downloads. Launch the installer and follow the directions to download the software. Once the software has finished downloading, open GTONexus and on the top right of the app, click "Account". There, enter your license key and you should be ready to go! If you need any assistance, please contact us by joining our Discord and direct messaging @Partix or @FiretheLamb or emailing us at admin@gtonexus.com.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed once per month starting from the day of your subscription.
Why does clicking subscribe take me to a different domain (stripe.com)?
Stripe is the way GTONexus accepts payments and we redirect to Stripe to accept payment.
Free Tier:
Why aren't my free plays resetting?
If midnight UTC has passed, close and reopen your app to refresh your free plays.
Why isn't GTONexus completely free?
Because the student loans aren't paying themselves :(

How do I unsubscribe?
Right click "Account" on the top right of the application. An unsubscribe button will appear. Click it and it will direct you to re-enter your license key to unsubscribe. Upon success, a confirmation will be sent to your email. If you forgot your license key, please email us the email you subscribed with so we can resend you the license key.
